For Sacramental prep, all required documentation must be turned in during the registration process.

**DEADLINE – FRIDAY AUGUST 28TH**

In order to Register for Religious Education for the Sacraments of First Holy Communion and Youth Confirmation, please click the appropriate link below to download the appropriate file.  You will need one file per enrolled individual.  The form must be filled out completely in order to register your child.  Incomplete forms may cause delays.  Once the form is filled out, save the file and print a copy to bring to the Religious Education Office between the hours of 12PM-2PM and 3PM-6PM Monday through Friday.  Originals of the required supporting documents, (ie, Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, First Communion Certificate), must also be brought in at the time of Registration.  Please see the Registration form for information on which documents are required.  If you are unclear about these requirements, please call the Religious Education Office Monday through Friday between the hours of 12PM-2PM and 3PM-6PM at (928) 782-1875 and listen carefully to the instructions on reaching the Religious Education Office.

If you are an adult seeking only Adult Confirmation, please call the parish office at 928-782-1875 and speak to Elizabeth Gallegos.  If you are an adult who has not been baptized but has an interest or questions about the Catholic Faith, or if you are seeking the Sacraments of First Holy Communion and Confirmation, we would like the opportunity to hear from you and provide some direction on how to begin your journey into the Faith.  Please call Marlene Lorona at 928-502-1665 for English or call the parish office at 928-782-1875 and select option 7 to speak to Evelia Villegas for Spanish.

Youth-Catechism-General-Registration_26-27 (Kinder to 7th Grade) $40 per year for first two children, $25 for each additional
First-Holy-Communion-Registration_26-27 Two-Year program (1st Grade to 7th Grade; must be 6 years old by December 31st of the 1st year of the two-year program) $50 per year for first two children, $35 for each additional.
Teen-Confirmation-Registration_26-27 Two-Year program (8th Grade to Senior Year to begin) $75 per year

If your child is 7 years old and has not yet been Baptized, please advise the Director of Religious Education for guidance into the proper program.

Adult-Confirmation-Registration 26-27 $75 Please call the parish office and speak to Elizabeth Gallegos to register.

La inscripción para 2026/27

Al momento de inscripción, deberá presentar todos los documentos que se requieren.

Para registrarse en las clases de Educación Religiosa para los Sacramentos de la Primera Comunión y la Confirmación, haga clic en el enlace correspondiente aquí abajo para descargar el archivo correspondiente. Necesitará un archivo por persona inscrita. El formulario debe completarse por completo para registrar a su hijo. Los formularios incompletos pueden causar retrasos. Una vez que se complete el formulario, guarde el archivo e imprima una copia para llevar a la Oficina de Educación Religiosa de Lunes a Viernes de las 12PM-2PM y de 3PM-6PM.
